Is the studio private?
100% private. When you’re training with me, it’s just you and me in the studio. No crowded gym floor, no waiting for equipment, no distractions.
Do I need to be in shape to start?
Not at all. Most of my clients start because they haven’t been active in a while and want to get back to feeling strong and healthy. I meet you exactly where you are.
What ages do you work with?
Most of my clients are between 35 and 65. I specialize in functional training; helping people move better, prevent injuries, and stay independent and active as they age.

What is functional training?
Functional training focuses on movements you use in everyday life — bending, lifting, reaching, balancing, walking. Instead of isolating one muscle at a time on a machine, we train your body to work as a connected system. It’s the most practical approach to staying strong and injury-free, especially as you get older.
How is personal training different from going to a gym?
At a gym, you’re on your own; figuring out what to do, hoping your form is right, surrounded by other people. With personal training at my private studio, every exercise is selected for your body, your goals, and your limitations. I watch your form on every repetition and adjust the program as you progress. It’s not just a workout; it’s a strategy.
How often should I train?
Most of my clients train 1 to 3 times per week. Even one session per week, combined with what I teach you to do on your own, produces real results. One of my clients lost 40 pounds over two years training just once a week.
Do you offer online personal training?
Yes. I offer live one-on-one video sessions with real-time coaching and form corrections. It’s the same personalized approach as in-studio training, just through a screen. Great for clients who travel, moved away, or prefer training from home.
What should I expect at my first session?
We start with a conversation: your goals, your history, any injuries or limitations. Then we do a movement assessment so I can see how your body moves. After that, we do a real training session together. No pressure, no sales pitch. Just training.
